Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Toast Trader storefront and any order you place through it. By browsing or buying, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.Registered business details and alcohol licence information are available on request from customer support.

Who may order

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You confirm that the person receiving the delivery is 21 or older and can show valid identification. We may cancel any order where age cannot be verified, and we may limit quantities per household.

Pricing and tax

Prices appear in US dollars for the bottle only. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and added to the total. The pricing shown at checkout is the pricing that applies to your order. Where a price is listed incorrectly because of a data or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already charged rather than honour the incorrect figure.

Orders, shipping and delivery

An order is an offer to buy; it becomes binding when we confirm it. Shipping is available only to the states listed on our shipping restrictions page. Deliveries require an adult signature, and a carrier may return a package if nobody eligible is present. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Return and refund

Alcohol cannot be resold once it leaves our control, so opened bottles cannot be accepted back. If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Unopened bottles may be accepted at our discretion where state rules allow it.

Product information

We describe origin, ABV and volume as supplied by producers and importers. Vintage, label design, closure type and packaging can change between batches, and images are illustrative. Nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice.

Warranty and liability

The store is provided as is, and we disclaim any warranty beyond what the law requires, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Dispute resolution

Write to us first so we can try to resolve the dispute directly. If that fails, the dispute will be handled under the laws of the state from which the order was shipped, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your own state says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the version in force is the one published at the time you order.
